I called Peak to service my furnace. My call was immediately returned and an appointment was scheduled. The technician that performed the service was prompt, professional and explained everything that was done. It was very nice to have such a pleasant experience!

Extraordinary service
Our tech from Peak, Kevin W., arrived exactly when our 2-hour window of service was scheduled. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to educate me about some furnace and humidifier maintenance. Despite our rather negligent upkeep of filters, his "no shame" approach was much appreciated! Peak will definitely be our choice for future heating and a/c needs.

Very helpful technician
We were having furnace problems and had another company out to look at it first. They misdiagnosed the problem and sold me a $350 part that, ultimately, I didn't need.
Sean took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, showed me exactly what he was doing and why, and solved our problem. I will be calling Peak for all of our heating & cooling needs going forward.

Saturday service
Great service. I called the emergency phone line, since I had no heat. Kevin came within 40 minutes and diagnosed the problem to a switch. Luckily he had the switch in his truck and replaced it. Problem solve and one happy satisfied customer. I will definitely call Peak again if I need service.

Timely and professional service at an affordable price
We've used Peak for years and have always been happy with the staff and service. They have been there when the furnace went out and it was 10 degrees, they have installed a new A/C unit for us as well. They do great work at a fair price and the repairmen have always been professional and prompt. They will be the ones putting in our new furnace when we need one.
