Extraordinary service
Our tech from Peak, Kevin W., arrived exactly when our 2-hour window of service was scheduled. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to educate me about some furnace and humidifier maintenance. Despite our rather negligent upkeep of filters, his "no shame" approach was much appreciated! Peak will definitely be our choice for future heating and a/c needs.

Very helpful technician
We were having furnace problems and had another company out to look at it first. They misdiagnosed the problem and sold me a $350 part that, ultimately, I didn't need.
Sean took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, showed me exactly what he was doing and why, and solved our problem. I will be calling Peak for all of our heating & cooling needs going forward.
